1. Return Window

You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving them. All returns must:

  • Be unused and unwashed

  • Include original tags and protective packaging

  • Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

2. What Can’t Be Returned

The following are not eligible:

  • Washed, used, or stained textiles

  • Items purchased on final clearance

  • Custom-sized or embroidered pieces

  • Gift card purchases

  • Items returned beyond the 30-day limit

3. Initiating a Return

Please email us at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number

  • The product(s) you’d like to return

  • Reason for return (to help us improve)

We’ll respond within 1 business day with instructions and a return authorization.

4. Refund Procedure

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email

  • Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method

  • Processing typically takes 5–7 business days post-approval

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or sent in error

  • We strongly recommend trackable shipping services

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Received the wrong item? Something arrived damaged? Don’t worry:

  • Contact us within 72 hours with photo documentation

  • We will offer a full replacement, partial refund, or exchange depending on the issue

  • No return required in some damage cases

7. Exchanges

Exchanges are only accepted for:

  • Factory defects

  • Wrong items shipped

8. Gift Returns

If your item was a gift marked as such, you may be eligible for store credit in the form of a digital gift card.
